Two-Up Placemat Printing
Two designs, equal quantity - both at the 100,000-unit rate. No co-pack fee.
Art Printing offers two-up printing on placemats and Trayliners: two designs of equal quantity run together on a single production job at the 100,000-unit rate. Both designs benefit from the lower per-unit cost. There is no co-packing fee for running two designs simultaneously.
This works for chains rotating a seasonal or promotional design alongside a standard house design, or for operators with distinct placemat designs for different dayparts. Instead of ordering each design separately at a higher per-unit cost, you order both together at the rate a 100,000-unit run earns.
How two-up pricing works
Submit two designs of equal quantity. We run them as a combined job. The quoted price uses the 100,000-unit rate applied to each design. Shipping to your locations is included in the door-to-door price. Lead time is a week and a half to two and a half weeks from order to delivery.
Who this is useful for
Restaurant chains running seasonal promotions alongside a year-round design. Operators who want separate designs for lunch and dinner. Groups with regional design variants. Two-up pricing applies the volume rate to both designs without requiring you to overstock one to hit the threshold on its own.
Free warehousing option
If you want to order the full two-up run at once and distribute over time, Art Printing warehouses paid inventory at no charge. Stage shipments to your locations as you need them.

Do both designs need to be the same size and paper stock?
Yes. Two-up printing runs both designs on the same paper stock and cut size. If you need different stocks or sizes, those run as separate jobs.
Is there a minimum quantity for two-up printing?
The two-up rate applies at 100,000 units combined - 50,000 of each design. Contact us if your quantities differ; we can advise on the most economical run configuration.
