Orders under 50,000 units ship in 2 to 3 weeks from artwork approval. Above 50,000, lead time is 6 to 7 weeks.
How small orders are handled
Smaller runs go through the same production process as larger ones - same inks, same quality review, same shipping arrangement. The owner handles every order directly. There is no account threshold below which you get handed off to a different service tier.

Per-unit cost is higher on a small run than on a 200,000-unit run - that is how print economics work. The honest framing: custom branded greaseproof paper costs 2 to 3 cents more per unit than a generic unprinted alternative.
