Art Printing manufactures Custom Placemats at an in-house facility in Toronto. Orders are shipped into the United States daily. The standard delivery window is a week and a half to two and a half weeks from order to delivery. Shipping is included in the door-to-door price.

Paper ranges from standard newsprint to 50 lb offset, depending on your application. Standard case packs are 1,000 or 2,000 per case; custom packaging is available. Free warehousing on paid inventory lets you order at the volume that gives you the best per-unit price, then ship from our facility to your locations on your schedule.

Two-up printing

If you have two placemat designs of equal quantity, we run them together as a two-up job at the 100,000-unit rate. You pay the lower per-unit cost for both designs. No co-packing fee. This is a real economic differentiator for chains rotating seasonal or promotional art alongside a standard design.

Common questions

What paper stocks are available for Custom Placemats?

Standard newsprint through 50 lb offset. The right stock depends on your end use - table service applications typically run on heavier stock than Trayliner applications. Tell us the use case and we will recommend the appropriate grade.

What is the lead time for Custom Placemats?

A week and a half to two and a half weeks from order to delivery. Shipping to US locations is included in the price.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Placemats start at 10,000 pieces (10 cases). Pricing improves at higher quantities. The two-up option at 100,000 units gives you the lowest per-piece rate across two designs simultaneously.
