Art Printing warehouses paid placemat inventory at no charge. Order at the quantity that gets you the per-unit rate you want, then draw down from the inventory and ship to your locations on whatever schedule your operation requires. There is no storage fee on paid inventory.

This arrangement works for chains with uneven location demand, seasonal volume variations, or operators who want the price break of a larger run without receiving the full inventory at once.

How free warehousing works

You place the order and pay for the production run. Art Printing holds the finished inventory at the Toronto facility. You request shipments to your locations on the schedule that works for you - weekly, monthly, or on an event-driven basis. Shipping from our facility to your locations is included in the door-to-door price.

Multi-location staging

For chains shipping to multiple restaurant addresses, we coordinate split shipments from the warehoused inventory. You do not manage the logistics; you tell us where and when. The owner handles fulfillment coordination directly.

Two-up printing with warehousing

Combine two-up pricing (two designs at the 100,000-unit rate) with free warehousing and you get volume pricing on both designs, held in inventory, shipped to your locations on demand. This is how large chain placemat programs typically operate through Art Printing.
