Art Printing quotes Custom Placemats and Trayliners on a door-to-door basis - price includes printing and freight to your US locations. Per-unit cost scales with quantity; higher volumes earn a lower per-unit rate.
The two-up printing option gives you the 100,000-unit rate on two separate designs of equal quantity run together. If you have a standard design and a seasonal promotional version, running them as a two-up job applies the volume rate to both without requiring you to order 200,000 of one design.

Free warehousing and per-unit economics
If you want the per-unit rate at 100,000 or 200,000 units but your locations draw down inventory more slowly, Art Printing warehouses paid inventory at no charge. Order at the quantity that gives you the per-unit price you want; draw down and ship to locations on your schedule.

Does two-up printing cost more?
No. Two-up printing applies the 100,000-unit rate to each design. There is no co-packing fee.
